Membership in Mudgee Arts is open to all members of the community, not just artists. Everyone can enjoy the benefits of belonging to an organisation that supports and shares in art in all its forms, visual art, drama, poetry and music. In practical terms this means invitations to the openings of most of the art exhibitions in the district, where members can meet the artists and other people like themselves who love art. Members are also entitled to discounts at Mudgee Arts events; receive a newsletter 11 times a year and frequent email updates (for those who elect to join our email list).
For artist members the benefits are access Mudgee Arts competitions and to The Stables for their own exhibitions which are promoted through Mudgee Arts resources and those of Orana Arts; the use of the newsletter as an advertising medium – in the newsletter itself or as an attachment to it. Both newsletter and attachments are available in printed form or on-line.
In addition to renewing your own membership or joining for the first time, please tell your friends about us so that the membership grows and Mudgee Arts can continue to bring new events to Mudgee. The program for 2011 is exciting and intense, and we hope you are looking forward to the next few months as much as we are.
